I’d read the self help books, been to seminars, but the one on one coaching sessions with Helen have been invaluable. They have created clarity and purpose for me. Our first session was a great reminder of the things I knew (and deep down we probably all know) and this inspired me to reassess what I wanted in life and how to go about achieving results. I was filled with enthusiasm!
My anticipation of our second session did not disappoint but I found it quite confronting. Some ideas she suggested met with great resistance but I agreed to try them. What I was doing wasn’t working so I had nothing to lose. Since putting Helen’s suggestions into practice I feel empowered, liberated and energized.
