New Year’s Resolutions… how long will you keep them?

Happy New 2009 year to everyone!

At the end of each year a lot of people make new years resolutions. Stop smoking, lose weight, exercise more, be a better spouse/partner/parent etc etc etc

How long do these new resolutions last? The average time is less than two weeks!

And as the year rolls around again and it comes to another December, we reflect on the things we DIDN’T get accomplished and list a multitude of excuses and reasons why.

Close your eyes and picture yourself in twelve months time, being where you want to be, with the person/s you want to be with, having what you want, being on a fantastic journey to everything you dream of…..Imagine how you will feel……and NOW, let me tell you HOW you will keep your resolutions THIS year, and every year in the future.

Hire a success coach! It’s simple. Do it now!

Having a coach is having someone work WITH you on the goals that you set for yourself. A coach will celebrate the achievements you make, and work with you on overcoming the obstacles you face.

Having a coach working with you will mean that when next December rolls around, you look at everything you DID achieve in the previous twelve months, and celebrate with you all the fantastic things you have achieved and the differences in your life between now and then.

Email me now to start your fantastic journey….(and while you are at it, get someone that you know and care about, who would benefit from coaching, to email me as well. )

I look forward to hearing from you!

Helen
